Return Policy
Returns: All returns must have written authorization from J & J prior to any product being returned. J & J will only accept items back (in our warehouse) within 14 days of product being received by the customer. Unless product was shipped in error (by J & J). A restocking and handling charge of 20% will be charged to the customer. All return freight, and insurance will be the responsability of the customer. If insurance is not acquired by the customer on returns, the customer will take full responsability for any damages occurring. Some items are FINAL SALE. These items would be: Special Order Items, Chemicals, Seasonal Merchandise, Food Items, Sale Items, Masks, Glow In Dark Items, Costumes.
Changes Or Cancellation Of Orders: Once an order has been placed, and a form of payment has been accepted, your order will be processed and shipped with no other changes or modifications allowed. If you have any questions about the product you are purchasing, please either e-mail or call us prior to you going through with the complete purchase. We then can answer any questions you may have. We want you to be sure before purchasing that it is the item you want, and to the specifications that you need.Once your order is placed, and it is paid for, no other changes, or special requests can be made. J & J is not responsible for typographical errors. At times this may occur and we appologize for this if it happens. If you decide to cancel order, or dispute payment of an order, you will be subject to a 20% service charge. If any paid order is refused at time of delivery by the customer, and is sent back to J & J for any reason (other than if approved by J & J), the customer will be responsible for a 20% re-stocking and handling charge. They also will be responsible for all re-shipping charges and insurance for that order. If any of the mentioned situations do occur, you the customer are agreeing that J & J has the right to charge your credit card for the appropriate charges.
Credit Card Sales : When issuing your credit card on checking out you can be sure that your information will be safe. The processing companies we use are well known, top quality companies. We at J & J never hold any of your information. Please note when using your credit card we can only ship to the address that your credit card statement is sent to. We can not ship items to second parties.
Shipping Of Orders: With stocking and selling over 15,000 different items we try to keep (as best we can) every item in stock. At times we may be temporarily out of an item that was ordered. If this happens we will notify you within 36 hours of your order being placed. You then can let us know if you would like us to ship everything we have, or to hold off until we have a complete order, and then ship it. If we do not receive an answer within 24 hours of us notifying you, we then will ship whatever items we do have. If at anytime you would like to check to see if an item is in stock (prior to you placing your order) you can always call our Toll Free Tel # at 1-866-727-7617 before ordering.
Minimum Orders : J & J does not have any minimums for ordering. All orders totalling less than $25.00 will be charged an $8.00 service fee.
Shipping Charges : All shipping charges listed are for shipping within the 48 US states. If shipping outside of this area, additional shipping charges will occur. If you are interested in receiving a quote please contact us before ordering. Otherwise we will ship your order the least exspensive way. Please note in some cases we may ask for additional shipping charges. This may be do to the area you are ordering from, or the size and weight of the item/items being ordered. In cases of this nature we will inform you of the additional shipping charges before fully processing your order. You then can tell us whether you want to proceed with the order( paying the additional charges) or cancel order all together. There have been major increases in shipping cost due to rising fuel cost. We do the best we can in getting your order to you for the least amount of money.
