All Ice is made to order. You can place an advance order and pick it up when needed. We will charge your credit card the total amount and it will be ready for you at the discussed time. All dry ice orders must be paid for before it can be made. Otherwise you just need to come in and wait for it to be made. This is for in store sales only. We do not ship dry ice.
We want you to get the most out of your dry ice so please note that this size block last approximately 18 hours. Keep that in mind when you give us your time of pick up. Cancellation can only be done 2 hours from pick up time. This would result in a store credit. Otherwise no refunds.
