Disclaimer On Shipping Charges: Some items will be considered oversized or over weight limits for parcel services and will need to be shipped by common carrier. These items will be marked, and customer can contact J & J for shipping charges on those items. In some situations some items may need additional shipping charges above and beyond what is listed when you check out. In these situations J & J will need to add additional shipping charges. This will usually happen in times when purchasing large or heavy items. Fed Ex also at times charges extra shipping to us because of areas they do not frequent on a regular basis. This too is a reason why we may need to charge additional shipping.

Rush Shipments: J & J usually ships items within 48 hours of receiving order. Next day, and 2nd Day deliveries are available at an additional cost. You can contact J& J to find out what the additional costs will be to ship your items to your area.

Shipping Larger Orders: Some larger orders will need to be shipped by common carrier. When this occurs, these deliveries are tailgate deliveries only. This means once the truck gets to your location they will only bring your products to the end of their trailer. You then will be responsible for unloading it. At times arrangements can be made (at addition cost) for the driver to unload.

Receiving Damaged Merchandise: Any visible damage notices at the time of delivery must be noted with shipper. You the customer must file a claim with the shipper within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. In regards to any concealed damages, you must notify J & J within 24 hours of receiving your merchandise. If this is not done, J & J will not honor your claim. Once this is done J & J will then notify you on how to proceed.

Price Changes On Internet Site : We sell thousands of different items, most of which are a commodity item (Paper-Plastics-ETC) and because of this there are frequent price changes. We do our very best to make sure our website offers you the most up to date prices. So please keep in mind some of these prices may change before we are able to make changes on our site. We will always inform you before processing any of your order of any change. You then can make the decision wheather to continue your order or cancel it. This should not happen very frequently but we just want you the customer to be aware. J & J can not be held responsible for typeagriphical errors. Rising oil cost create large increases in raw materials which in return create increases in the products we sell. Items and prices on our site may vary from pricing in our Amherst New Hampshire location.
